asking about transferring back up

i\'d like to ask if i can give you a back up file with (tar.) format
and you upload it for me in my database
is that possible ? or not ?

Hello,

You should be able to load a database backup to use with your site via cPanel's phpMyAdmin. Just create the relevant database and user, and you can then use the import function to upload a backup to the server and apply it.
