Asking for permission

Hi there everybody!!

I'm here to ask permission to use the "x10Hosting" name in a picture that I've done but I haven't shown it to public. I want to make a page that says "Elektrik Warriorz (picture), x10Hosting (picture) and Santa Claus (picture) wish a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.".

I can do just fine without the picture, but it may attract more persons. I'm thinking to put a link on the picture.

Not quite sure what the x10 legal laws are, but on 99% of sites it's fine as long as you make no direct or indirect profit off of it, indirect being on a page that has any ads such as AdSense, for example.

It isn't to make money like advertising. I just want to wish a Merry Christmas and an Happy New Year to the visitors. The link is to redirect the visitors to the x10Hosting homepage.
