Your friend gave you an illegally modified vB to make it free. It's supposed to cost at least $150. Next time, only get scripts from the original creator.

Nothing to be done, we have a Zero Tolerance policy for the use of illegal, nulled, scripts on our servers.

The account will remain suspended until it is automatically terminated, which will happen no sooner then after at least 14 days has passed since it got suspended.

That would be the case yes.

Note that it might also be 16, or 30, days until it is terminated, we only know for sure it won't be less then 14 days.
