Hello,

I just registered a free account and in the registration page asp.net is listed there but then I login to cPanal, only php setup is enabled.
I might be missing something or not seeing some control, how shall I enable asp.net on my free account?

Also I've created FTP account in the cPanel, but I still cannot connect to it using Filezilla. I'm getting message as followed:
Resolving address of ftp.7ven.co.cc
Status: Connecting to 118.219.234.171:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 421 Service not available.
Error: Could not connect to server

Anyone has an idea how to solve my asp.net and FTP problem please?

Thanks.

Hi! Welcome!
I'm not an expert, but as far as I know, there are no setup options for ASP .NET. well not on these servers at least. And just a warning, it's Mono... an ASP .NET emulator kind of thing. The servers run on Linux, not Windows native.

The reason you can't connect is because all free servers are down at the moment. You've joined at the exact time major upgrades are taking place. Check major announcements in the forum and you'll see when servers will be back up. Just hang tight for another few days, and your site will be up.
