ASP.NET Application Needs Configuration

I just uploaded my ASP.NET web application, and I am having difficulties in getting it running. All of the websites that I looked at regarding ASP.NET application deployment mentioned configuring IIS for my application. I did not see anything regarding this in cPanel however. You muse configure it through Mono, as it is the free open-source linux alternative to Microsoft's .NET technology.
