ASP.net enabled?

Hi there, I've been trying to upload a database via Frontpage, but it says that the servers are not ASP.net enabled. I know you guys are updating at the moment, but I was curious if this is due to that? I'm very interested in viewing how the free accounts would work with this so I can upgrade.
