I have uploaded my ASP files to the www diretcory. For some reason my site is not displaying. This site does support asp.net right?

No, it does not. At the moment, ASP.NET support is only available on the Premium plan (and VPS, of course, if you install Mono), and management is considering dropping support from Premium due to ongoing Mono incompatibilities (which, of course, are always blamed on the hosting company rather than on Mono or the developer testing only in a Windows .NET environment).
