My free hosted site does not seems to support ASP like your the page on like sign-up page claims.

That page is incorrect . The Free Hosting package does not support ASP

http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-comparison is more up to date relative to supported features. Note that ASP support is through Mono, which has its own limitations.
