Assistance Required: PHP MySQL Extension Issue on Wordpress

Hello support team,

I am experiencing persistent issues with my WordPress installation related to PHP and MySQL extensions. Although I have switched between PHP versions (8.1, 8.2, and 8.3) and enabled the required modules such as mysqli and pdo_mysql, WordPress still cannot connect to the database properly.

In the PHP Selector interface, I see warnings like:

• “nd_mysqli skipped as conflicting”

This suggests that the mysqli extension is not loading correctly, even when selected.

Could you please advise on:

1. How to ensure mysqli and pdo_mysql are properly enabled and active.
2. Which PHP version is most stable and fully supported for WordPress on your hosting environment.
3. Any additional steps I should take to make sure WordPress can connect to the database without errors.
