Attach free hosting to another domain...

Hi guys, I'd just like to ask, how would I go about attaching my free hosting to another website I also own? E.g. I want my free hosting from x10hosting to be at blog.mywebsite.com? How would I configure it on x10's end, how do I configure it on the main domain's end? Thanks a lot for those who'd reply!

You are not very clear.
What I get:
You have alpha.com on another host.
You want to host blog.alpha.com on x10hosting.

Right?

Okay at your other host or DNS provider, set up the following DNS Zone Record:

A record for blog to 69.175.120.122

Then add blog.alpha.com to x10hosting by following these instructions: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Use_Your_Own_Domain
