Internal Server Error
500

User 'xxxxxxx is over quota.

It shows that I'm using ~200 mb out of unlimited so I'm not sure why I'm getting this error.

Note:
I'm also trying to link this forum/support account to my web hosting one, but it's giving me an internal server error when I enter in the credentials.

Thank you for your help.

Regardless of your disk space allocation, you only have 50,000 inodes (files and folders) to work with. You can easily be using only 50MB of total space and be out of inodes if the files are all 1KB e-mails.

to 'see' the number of "inodes" on your account
#1.> Sign in to your cPanel account at --> [ https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/login ]

#2.> if you are NOT in the [ cPanel x3 ] theme - click on the "Switch Theme" button at the top on the screen - you can choose between [ x10Hosting Basic ] and [ cPanel-x3 ] themes

#3.> at cPanel-x3's home page (not x10hosting Basic) - look down left side for [ inodes ] - you might need to open ( click on ) [ Stats ] - 50,000 is the maximum

Each file and folder - on your account - are counted towards your [ inode ] limit - (think folders + files + Emails + images + all other types)

It shows my inodes at 7,200 out of 50k. Right below that it has my disk space usage at 659 mb out of 512 mb. Is that what's stopping me from accessing the webmail?

you should remove (download first) zip and other backup files that you do not need on your account

for new x10hosting's free-hosting accounts - disk space is initially limited at 512MB - Users may request (in this forum) for unmetered (not unlimited) disk space

The requirements for unmetered disk space are:
* The account has been active for at least 7 days.
* The account must be using at least half (50%) of it's current disk space allotment.
* The account must have a valid (i.e. working) website that follows the Terms of Service (TOS).
before x10hosting's Admins will upgrade your account

this upgrade is completely free

Can you upgrade my account? What do you need?

Also, is that what is stopping me from accessing the webmail?
