audio mixing programs

can anybody give me any suggestions for a program that I can use to mix tapes. I know audacity is one, but i feel limited with it, and it does not look that nice.

have you tried Adobe Audition

if you need more detailed music creation i suggest FL Studio its excellent, its not a mixer its much much more

I already have FL, and like you said its not for mixing audio files, but creating beats
so that's not what I wanted

but i'll look into Audition, thanks for the heads up
I also have Soundbooth from Adobe, but it didn't work that great
