I'm using FireFTP and trying to log in to my site, but I'm failing miserably.
On the other hand I can log in to the account menu in the website, but it won't let me log to upload stuff.
As a side note: This is my first time uploading stuff =$

Edit: I went to the Cpanel (wich wouldn't let me in either) and set it to reset the password...
It didn't send the confirmation email.

I'm using the same pass I use to log in to the main website (x10hosting.com/accounts), but since my account was created straight by Corey due to firewall, I didn't have the chance to manually set it up.
On the other hand I can log in to the account menu in the website, but it won't let me log to upload stuff.
