Auto Responder Problem

Hey, firstly I hope that no other threat with this topic exists (I've searched for it). If yes, I would be lucky for a link to a solution.

I created an Autoresponder for my eMail-Address.
If I send an eMail to this Address (from an other one), I get this message back:

Can't do setuid (cannot exec sperl)

The message itself is delivered.
I don't get the automatic answer.

What's the problem?
I don't use special scripts or something like this.
