Auto Suspension Removal Failed

Hi,

The other day, when you had issues with the network at the datacentre, I removed a suspension for inactivity but this did not work. Now my account shows "Active" but when I navigate to my site, it shows "Hosting Account Suspended".

Could you please either manually remove the suspension or set the status of my account back to "Suspended" so I can resubmit the request to remove the suspension.

I resuspended you, then unsuspended you and I was able to access your website with no problem. Please confirm.
