Auto Unsuspension not working?

Hi, i submitted an unsuspension request back in December, which it would appear now didn't work due to some sort of error. Having just tried again, i got a message saying to come back later, due to some sort of error again.

I thought the unsuspension was supposed to happen automatically from account panel, but there does seem to be a problem.

Yes, they are supposed to be automatic from the account panel.

I did not see an unsuspend action in the log though.

I have unsuspended your account.
