One avatar has a greater amount of compression over the other?

Thy differ with the last digit in "width" parameter, but they are completely different!
That is my avatar in control panel is displayed incorrectly because of this.
Maybe it's something with my browser, I'll attach screenshot to make it clear:

Right now I see both images similar (control panel avatar is correct too), don't know what was wrong.

Yes.Only after mozilla firefox clear cache that we could find a difference between images.
Both avatars are different.
