I want to point out that for all my fields, AWStats has down since February 5?

What happens in your view ?

I have ran the script. Can you confirm the script has ran and is working now?

When I look at "Latest Visitors Stats" he said "There are no domains which have stats last visitors to display".
When I look at "AWStats", he said "there is no activity since February 5.
When I look at "Service Status": "is named failed"

I do not currently have information that can say that the script is running now!

I'm sorry for my approximate English ...

Awstats isn't reporting anything to me either since the beginning of this month until now.

I'm on absolute too, and awstats isn't working for me either. It reports that it has updated recently, but it has no hits or anything since the fifth of february, and I know that to be incorrect.

I still can't view any usage stats. Has anyone from x10 made an announcement about this and I just missed it?

My Awstats didn't update since 07 Feb 2008.

The " Choose Log Programs" in cPanel didn't work, too.

The "Raw Access Log" in cPanel was empty after I downloaded the log file.

We had to temporarily disable log files due to it locking the server up, it also explains why your AWStats isn't updating.
