Awstats not installed?

I am was trying to look at awstats and when I go to Statistic Log Configuration in cpanel, it has an x under the 3 log analyzers and I cannot click on them or anything. Does anyone know how to get any of them working?

where on earth is statistic log configuration..

to get to awstats i go through the web/ftp stats...

Sorry I meant, Statistic Software Installation. When I go to web/ftp stats I can select from all of the different ones but awstats shows nothing and there is not the button there normaly is to update it. It says "never updates". If I go to webalizer it says "Webalizer stats have not yet been generated!"
