I have a static IP that I do all my testing and work from. I would like to know if it is possible to exclude my IP from the stats at x10 like shown here

If so then I would like to have it set up. I won't post my IP though.

Thanks

Open the file /tmp/awstats/awstats.yourdomain.conf
Find this section
Code:
# Do not include access from clients that match following criteria.
# If your log file contains IP adresses in host field, you must put here
# matching IP adresses criteria.
# If DNS lookup is already done in your log file, you must put here hostname
# criteria.
# Note: Use space between each value.
# Example: "127.0.0.1 163.84. 201.101.51.1"
# Example: "localhost abcxyz"
# Default: ""
#
SkipHosts=""
And add your IP between the quotes on the SkipHosts="" line.

I made the addition plus other changes within the config file but not long after I make the changes, they disappear. I have changed the settings 3 times now and they always return to default eventually. Is there a way to fix this? Does cPanel make this plugin?

cPanel does not make it but they integrated it into their software. I believe when cPanel updates it overwrites that file, I'm not sure of a solution as we actually don't have control over that either =\
