Ayuda para re-activar mi cuenta... por favor

me sale el siguiente mensaje cuando intento entrar al panel de control:

"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue."

por favor alguien ayúdeme

INGRESA A TU CUENTA DESDE x10hosting.com y en donde tiene el Status de tu cuenta, Suspended, revisa por que causa has sido blockeado, si no manejas xxx o software sin licencia sigue las instrucciones que estan en la parte inferior de la pagina, en caso que alojes xxx o Software en tu FTP o Cuenta, olvidalo ya que es bueno que leas esto.
