Back Up in Cpanel

After Cpanel update, I have no clue how to download full back up and database in Cpanel. I saw a new backup feature which seems to be on the server and there is no way to backup database. Please let me know how to download them to my computer in case the server is down.

Database backup is more important for me.

well...you can always export the DB from PHPmyadmin

To get your files use an FTP program and drop them on to your computer into a folder whereever that may be.

For database like akku said - login to your cpanel, find phpmyadmin on the right hand side find Export (near the bottom of the links), select your database, at the bottom check the box for Save as File then click go and save.

Then to get it back up you'd just use the IMPORT link next time.
