Backend error!

When I login I get that error. It says on the thread above to post about it so I did. Its been like that for a while now.

Im on adenhanced. And its the error where when you login it says there was a problem getting your account type from the backend server thing.

What is your cPanel username, and Can you login to your cPanel using this username?

My cpanel user name is antman2x I cant get to the cpanel login because I cannot login to the site. I dont remember the cpanel login URL.

Well I cant login to cpanel either. It keeps telling me login attempt failed.
