I am using WP for my web page. My account is getting suspended frequently after using it over three years, without an apparant reason, wherein it has almost been dormant for more than a month and the usage was much more earlier and it never exceeded limits of resources.
I need to back it up fully so that I can use it in the time of need.
I have the following questions -
1. Can i download all files using a file manager and upload them on any other host or different account on same hosting service without loss of data?
2. My cPanel shows the database in MySQL Databases as having ZERO MB...does that mean all the data, pictures, etc are in the WP files itself?
3. When I import to another host or different account on same host, will it be sufficient to make a blank database with the same name? Or even if I dont make database, it would work?
