Hi guys!

Im trying to do a full back up of my website, and I read the "read me" files, and they said there is a back up button on cpanel, but i can't seem to find it

I read on another thread saying it was taken away. I was wondering if it will be back on cpanel?

and if not, can you tell me how to do a full back up? Im really a newbie, so please be gentle:)

thank you!

I'd suggest just logging in to ftp and copying all the files to your hard drive.
Or you could use the web disk feature found under cpanel. I use that to make quick backups sometimes.

Topic moved to the "Free Hosting" board.

I removed it from some servers because it was being abused. Backing up an account takes a good amount of server resources depending how large the account is and the databases that go with it. Some people were backing up their accounts multiple times each day.

I suppose I will just suspend those people next time ;)

It should be back in today.

Please re-open if further assistance is needed.
