Backup Files for Cossacks and not being able to login to cpanel.

I understand that cossacks is down and they have begun (or well finished apparently) transferring accounts to a new server. The newest server status message states that "just in case" we should login to cPanel/ftp and create backups. The only problem is.. I'm unable to login to cPanel via the Hosting Account Management portal. Although I am able to login via ftp, I just have no files under public_html or www. Just that one cgi-bin folder. Am I the only one that can't see any of my files, or are they missing?

I will also assume the new server name is fris.

Hello nelsonduong,

some files have been moved from cossacks to Fris, but they have not been fully unpacked yet. Once the files are unpacked, you will be able to manage your website, from the new server.
