That is a High Resource usage suspension.
Incase if you have a considerably big site,do the manual backup of Files as follows:

Head to your cPanel and browse to File Manager which is located in the Files box.
Choose to browse to the Home Directory.
Choose Select All in the small menu.
After everything is selected, click on the Compress button at the large menu at the top
Choose a name for the compressed file and the compression type (Gzip is usually recommended) and click Compress.
When this process is done, you will find your compressed file in the Home Directory. Simply double click on it to download it.
This is your files backup.
To restore this backup, upload it back and extract the files.

The above procedure might be well known to you.But just a tip that compress a few folders at once and then download.Do this step by step with a few folders.
Else use phpmybackup
But even this software is not an exception to High resource usage suspensions. You got to do the backup really carefully not to risk the large server usage
Hope you succeed comfortably.

Not in the folder by folder. The system just locks me in compression :frown:
