I'm downloading the directory backup right now, and it keeps cutting off the download at random variables. Sometimes at 73mb, sometimes at 103mb. And whenever I try to open the file, it tells me that there was an unexpected end to the file.

Any admin knows what's up?

When you do a full backup, do you let it process and wait until it sends you the e-mail, or do you jump right in and download it?

For the full backup, I wait for it to send me the email.

For the home directory backup, I just click on it to download.

Both are not working for me btw.
Edit:
so Brandon, any luck?

Not really sure what would be causing it, I will alert an admin and maybe look in a bit to see what could be causing the problem.

Thanks. Hopefully my site won't be down for longer than 24 hours

I'm not sure if the backup runs under your name, if it does the firewall might be killing off the process. Do you know about how long into it it that it stops?

It usually stops between the 50mb and the 80mb range. Like once it hits a random mb between those two range, it'll stop. Like, the last one was 73mb, and before that was 68mb.

That was for the home directory backup.

The full backup tends to stop at 43mb
Edit:
bump.

Do you have the amount of time it'll run before it stops?

Like 5 minutes, 1 hour, etc.
