Backup problem still exists!

Dunno why the previous thread was closed. This problem is still here! After 20 minutes, download is cut off.

Grrr...slowly getting frustrated now.

I'll reconfigure the firewall on that server later today, see if that fixes it.

Just a question. IS a full backup = home directory + mysql database?

Thanks. And if this doesn't fix it, is there a way to manually backup everything? Like, is there a way I can go into file manager and download a zip file of all of the files I have?

Umm, nope, it's not fixed. Now it's even worse. It's cutting off at 10 minutes

Hmm, well you could use FTP to download all your files and then use PHPMyAdmin to export your database. If you need it now you might want to do that, we have another server going online in about an hour that I need to secure and setup so I probably won't get back to this today.
