backup problem

I have generated this full back up of my x10hosting account
backup-4.27.2008_10-25-21_sinogap.tar.gz
under full backups. in my cpanel x
How can i delete it from my host since I downloaded and saved it on my harddrive?
and how can I restore it on cpanel account if it's saved on my hardrive and not x10hosting space

Open the file manager to your home folder and you will see the backup. Select it and click the delete button.
