Backup server access denied

So I try to access my backups of my server and no mater what username/password combination I use, I cannot access it.

Also, when opening the page this is what I see:

I'm not sure on the procedure or what you're actually logging in to, but it does say "ALL LOGIN ATTEMPTS WILL FAIL".

I'm seeing the same thing here. It happens when you click on the icon below in cpanel:

So basically we cannot access backups?

Why have it then?

For future reference, if you use the Softaculous Apps Installer you can create backups from the All/Scripts Installations page and restore them from Backups and Restore.
