backup web server?

Hey can anyone tell me if its ok to setup a website on another free hosting service and create a site just like the one I have hosted at x10 for a backup website?.. The reason I ask is I was thinking if for some reason stoli was down for a long time I could just redirect my domain to this other backup web server and when stoli was back online I could just flip the dns/html redirect back to x10.

Is this mirroring?

I remember the x10 TOS said no mirroring. not sure what that was so I thought I better ask first.

I think the X10 TOS meaning of mirroring is using your X10 account as a mirror of another site. You should be perfectly within your rights to mirror your content here on another server if you wish. (The mirroring is mentioned as part of file storage, so I think they mean only mirroring of file repositories is not allowed.) But I'm not 100% sure, so a staff member should maybe enlighten us on this.
