Backup without Cpanel

Since this thread is the same problem I got and post out there. I am wondering how to backup my database since I can only access FTP. My account place on https://xo1.x10hosting.com.

On your C-Panel, go to 'Files' and click on 'R1Soft Restore Backups'.

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately i can not access the cpanel. Only ftp. There a thread link on my first post which we user of that server had problem accessing cpanel.

Thank you for your response but unfortunately you didn't understand my first post. There is another user thread on my first post that indicate the errors and screenshot i been experiencing. For clarity i will post another screenshot here. i can use FTP client to backup my files just the database is i don't know how. I got this problem since August 2018.
