The free servers files backup will be done monthly basis. and the mysql on free servers will be done daily basis.

if you want to access the backups and restore them then in cpanel check for R1soft Restore Backups

If you want your personal backup then as Boss said you can do manually.

I am unable to find any tool like R1 soft Restore Backups
and how can I download daily and monthly backup to my computer
