There isn't a "Backup" option in the "files" box in my cPanel. :/

I just checked with MCCodes, they're not showing a valid license for your x10 domain or your domain you parked. Prove you have a legitimate MCCodes license and we can continue discussion about how to get backups.


Failure to do so whether because it's illegal, or because you don't have a receipt which you're supposed to keep, will result in a permanent suspension remaining on your account, because I have my doubts MCCodes would just "lose" record of a valid license. Never happened with vBulletin at least.
