Section 8 of the x10hosting Terms of Service ( http://x10hosting.com/terms ) states this:
"If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended."
Short answer: No backups for suspended sites. You should have kept your own backups.

Hello,
To confirm the suspension reason from the system, it looks as though your suspension is permanent, meaning that under section 8 of the Terms of Service we are not obliged to provide nor allow you access to your account. For that reason all access is revoked, including that to any and all files/databases.
