can you do the backup/restore on the free hosting services?
I had a paid one not so long ago and managed to back up all my files, but i cant see the backup on the free host.

You can backup and restore your files by downloading them using a service like FTP, and you can backup and restore your databases using phpMyAdmin's Import/Export feature.

i tried importing using phpmyadmin but got this message.
You probably tried to upload a file that is too large. Please refer to documentation for a workaround for this limit
