Backups problem

Hello, I'm having problems making backups of my website, can this be resolved? Thanks!
My domain is https://mushroom.x10.bz/

you should be able to backup files by using file manager by compressing it,
then downloading the zipped file.. then remove the zipped file when done.
saving backups on the server can only cause you issues later on.

if your using another program/script to try backing up files it helps to know what that is.
or if you recieve any errors or notices when attempting to make a backup.

I'm trying to create backups with these platforms but it's not working, they are from the host's own dashboard

I do not see an option to create backups from DirectAdmin options.
what i suggested was to use file manager to create your backup/compressed file,
then download it to your computer.

The directamin extra feature, Acronis Backup is not active on x10free. Manually backups, and export _db, looks like the only alternative.
