Hi, I have a problem that has been the same for about a month now. Every time I try to make a home directory backup, the download stops short and I receive an ünexpected end of archive" message when trying to view/unpack the files. It gets to around 120mb and then bombs out...

That's strange. Make sure you're not over your quota limit.
It only happens when trying to do a home backup?

Yes, it happens when I try to download a home directory backup, not the full backup, that works ok. I am nowhere near my quota limit.

Maybe there's something wrong with the permissions or something...

Do you know how long it has been when it gets around 120MB? The script might be being killed off due to the process time.

Yes, it could be to do with a script timeout on the server being as it's always at around 120 mb's. It takes around 10 mins I think to download this much.

Could you try again and time it? It would help me find where it's set if I knew the exact time.
