bad credits system

Hi

I do not understand how a user is to gather credits if they are not allowed to answer in forums like free support where other users are actually pro-actively looking for help...

If I have the knowledge someone needs and it helps them it seems more likely that they would then give credit, whereas in a general, non-problem, related discussion a user is more likely to down credit posts they don't like than to up credit posts they agree with, thus making an insurmountable wall for new users to be able to properly participate in the forums.

Im not griping or anything, it just seems unfair to me.

Do you mean reputation?

Once you've got 500 posts you can reply to threads in Free Hosting, there are plenty of places to post, try off topic
