Hello,

When I try to open my site, it displays "Bandwidth Limit Exceeded" and I've received an email on that matter. However, when I log in my account, it says:

Disk-Space Allotment:Error MB
Bandwidth Allotment:Error MB
So I'm not sure if I've really reached my bandwidth limit or if it's just some server error. Please help.

Also, if I've really reached my limit, clearly that bandwidth is not enough for me, because my site's been up for just a few days. In that case, I would like to know how to switch the hosting type from Ad-Free to Ad-Enhanced.

Thank you in advance.

I don't see your hosting account linked to this forum account.

What is your hosting account user name?

You should also be able to see how much BW you've used from your cPanel.

What is your hosting account user name?

I don't know what's happening out there, but my site has disappeared since I asked my question. It was called littre.elementfx.com but now when I open it in my browser it says "Server not found". Also, when I log in my account, it says :

"Link Your Hosting Account
In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account."

It never displayed this message before. Also, when I enter "littre", which was my hosting username, it says :

"An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."

I tried creating a new hosting account, but it said :

"An Error Has Occurred
You already have a hosting account, use it."

So if I already have a hosting account, how come it's unavailable ?

Here's the original message I got when I subscribed for Ad-Free hosting :

Hmm, I'm showing that account was suspended on: 04/01/08 at 11:39 am

Then terminated on: 04/16/08 at 11:36 am

If an account stays suspended for 10 days it will be terminated automatically.

As I described in my previous message, I can't reactivate my hosting account (because of error: "The hosting username you specified does not exist") and I can't create a new hosting account (because of error: "You already have a hosting account, use it"). I have to say this is completely illogical and absurd : apparently I both have and don't have a hosting account. There's no way of solving this on my end.
