Banned every two seconds

It gets annoying, I'm banned for inactivity every two seconds when I'm connect to my FTP ...

To remain active you have to login to forums.Login to Cpanel,using FTP or Account panel is not COUNTED.Currently your account is active

Yes, it is active, because I activated it, but it becomes very boring to me because it suspends my account 6 times a day (at least)

Are you talking about the FTP timeout? It is 2 minutes.

I do not see any high resource usage suspensions on your account if that is what you are talking about.

Next round that it happens make sure to log in here -first- before unsuspending it; otherwise it might just stick you in the back of the suspension queue right away again.

As long as you login here you should be fine cause then it sees you're active and shouldn't put you in the suspension queue unless it's for something other than inactivity.

I am often suspended! And I find it not normal that activates the inactive stuff full of times a day.
