Banned for CometChat

Hello, so i'm working on my website and I thought of using a chat system like Facebook. So I find a program called comet chat and attempt to use it. The thing is I never knew that y'all don't allow it until a moment later my account is suspended. I'm sorry I accidentally broke one of your rules and feel I should be forgiven and my account un-suspended. I'm sorry for the inconvenience and didn't mean to break any rules. I hope y'all will un-suspend me. Thanks

Please read your suspension reason closely; we do not have problems with CometChat. We -do- have problems with nulled software. CometChat is not free, and the version you opted to use is a nulled release from a known warez redistribution group. This means that the software is effectively stolen, and as such is a violation of copyright and considered Warez under the Terms of Service you agreed to on signup. This is why you were suspended, and why we're not able to lift said suspension.

Unfortunately as stated here and in the appeal, we're not able to lift the suspension. You are responsible for all content you upload to the account; it's your responsibility as such to do due diligence and ensure what you've been given to upload is legitimate and legal.
