Hello everyone,

I was banned from my website and the reply i got was that I was banned for using a proxy. I certainly did not use a proxy because I created this account from my home network. I also do not need proxy because I am from america

To quote your dispute directly since there's confusion:
Among the files you were uploading was a proxy; since we expressly prohibit proxies in two separate locations in our Terms of Service, this would be what caused your suspension.
This had nothing to do with you accessing from a proxy or using one during signup to bypass the country restrictions. This had to do with one being uploaded to your hosting account very quickly after creation, violating the below parts of our Terms of Service:
No Proxies
No proxies of any nature are allowed, whether private or public.
The above is actually in the topmost section of the ToS, to ensure all users can read the quick-bits. Reading the whole thing is still required, but at least this way if you were to skim, you wouldn't miss it.
Proxies
We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.
And the above is from section 1, Server Usage. With it being listed twice that we don't allow proxies on our services, and that one was uploaded within the hour after account creation, we weren't able to lift the suspension.

Oh... I did read the ToS and did know the proxy policy. I thought I had not selected it for the upload... Sorry about that. Is there any way I can have my account re-activated? I am sorry about the inconvenience.
