Base path Url is shown...please Help Me

I have a site, I upgraded to 7.33, the site http://rflowproductions.net
The Problem - when i navigate to pages
http://rflowproductions.net/grim HAS NO data / html I supplied

http://rflowproductions.net/home/rflowpro/public_html/rflowproductions.net/grim HAS CORRECT data / html I supplied

I have been having this problem ever since upgrading drupal to 7.32, then upgrading to 7.33
I didn't want to put all my time into making everything perfect then to find out I might have to delete and do another fresh install for whatever reason.

I uncommented the RewriteBase line in your .htaccess file, and your site is now showing fine.
