Basic cp panel entry problem and other?

My basic site is http://enlightenment.x10hosting.com/ and this is fine but sorry to say that I have not been able to see the two following sites for some while and thought it was because of all the changes:

http://penwortham.enlightenment.x10hosting.com (/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi)
http://theinjoyfoundation.org (/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi)

Cannot either get into my cp panel to see how things lie so can you give me some advice on how to put this right please.

Many many thanks. As of today 25th June all my sites are up and running again. Well done!

Yep, still very happy with the sites still up and running but have a cp panel access problem.
Not sure if it is because of continuing problems at your end or I am actually misrepresenting my access user name. I am entirely confident regarding the password so changing that obviously wouldn't help. Can you clarify please?
