Basic Mode/Theme Error in Cpanel

After clicking the option "basic" on the header on cpanel, I was greeted with a blank page.
I now cannot access cpanel as it all turns up as a blank page, and after checking the source there is no HTML to be seen.

Is this fixed? When accessing your cPanel I see the cPanel page fine.
