Check your CSS, all your pages except Home are left aligned and the main table is messed up: the tabs are out of it and the bottom is repeated.

I found three problems
(1) The site should have a lot of content on the front page. It is too bare right now.
(2) Same goes for videos page. It should have 10 videos. Also videos should have descriptions.
(3) Do not stress on the register user part. First let the traffic build up and then offer the loyal visitors with that extra something as incentive to register.

css is screwed up. don't use a flash logo. get rid of all of those repeating background images, make it a plain dark blue. dont have a red logo with a blue theme.

The flash logo is nice,but not good for a website.Its not much appealing.So just go for a simple logo,it would be more professional.Also the layout seems to be cluttered.
