Error after error after error - and they won't fix it!

At first I couldn't even make a support ticket because it wouldn't let me.
This has been going on for weeks and I still have no site to create!
and all they do is delete my posts
from my end all I see is laziness and incompetence!
An Error Occurred - An error occurred while processing your hosting account request. The error that occurred was fatal to the request and unable to be resolved automatically. The error code provided is: ERRW11019 Because of this error, you must sign up for an account again. If you've received this message more than once, please create a support ticket and you will be assisted.
No doubt this will get deleted as well.
Why won't they fix it?
