I actually prefer to use Zend Studio 6, but due to issues w/ ftp access, I'm currently using Aptana Studio.

If its some short work I'll usually go with something like ConTEXT or Notepad++. For the most part though, Zend Studio/Apatana/anything Eclipse is currently my choice of system.

I've also got Dreamweaver lying somewhere around here, in the event that I'm affected by some kind of solar radiation or something and want to use it.
